Over the past year I've gotten to watch Johnny go from a shy, skittish kitten who would hide behind the litter box to a super sweet TALKATIVE cat who just loves to be petted.
A kitten who looked a little like Eddie Munster.
Boy, can he talk! Chatty chatty cat!
He was our featured cat for a little while and then I got a couple of voicemails from someone interested in Johnny. 2 voicemails a day for a few days even. Multiple family members were calling for Johnny, they loved him so much and didn't want to miss the chance to take this sweet boy home. (And of course they filled out the adoption application too.)

The expression on that little girl's face is priceless. She's so super excited to have Johnny in her family. And we're excited for them too.
